Anyone who has ever tried to change anything, will know that there are countless barriers and obstacles to overcome in the form of biases, beliefs, behaviours, people, processes, perceptions, misconceptions, misunderstandings, mismanagement and a whole lot more. These are the “Monsters & Myths” we seek to shine a light on as they thrive and survive in the shadows of organisations. The key to success is to share the “Magic” required to overcome the obstacles through conversation and collaboration.
Initial Concept
The Monsters & Myths concept was initially developed in 2021, introducing a groundbreaking game that combines gamification with practical strategies for overcoming business challenges.
Real World Testing
Over the next 5 years, gameplay was refined during team workshops and round tables, where enthusiastic participants engaged with our innovative card game to identify and overcome innovation blockers.

Since 1987, Andrew has led and been involved in innovation, change and transformation across a wide variety of roles and industries (find out more on his personal website here).
He created this construct as a way to help fellow innovators and changemakers identify and overcome the biggest barriers and obstacles that get in the way of getting things done.
The easiest way to get your hands on a pack of cards is to engage him for an in-person keynote presentation, workshop, team away-day, strategy retreat or executive dinner, when the cards are provided as part of the package.
Alternatively, the packs are available at £29.99 per pack plus postage and packaging (buyers outside the UK may be subject to local import duties and tax).
